Co-chaired Board initiated task force, advised by McKinsey & Co., charged with making recommendations for a significant non-profit corporate restructuring.  Executed restructuring plan, including sale of program assets, and was awarded Presidential Medal for dedication and leadership. 

NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY ATTORNEYS(NACUA)

As a Board and Committee member, served as early architect and advocate for the expansion of membership programming on global legal, tax, and operational issues, leading to the establishment of a full international conference track at the NACUA Annual Conference (1200 attendees).

WORLD LEARNING

Managed the research, planning and implementation of the registration and start-up of compliant business activities in more than 50 countries, including choice of entity, tax, employment, immigration, banking, and real estate matters.
